The Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), Office of Regulatory Science (ORS) performs scientific analysis on products which are regulated by FDA and communicates the results and any concerns to both internal and external stakeholders. To meet the mission of the Office it is imperative that the staff communicates well with both internal and external customers. This type of course will improve self-awareness, understand other people personality traits and thus allow our staff to learn how to work together as a more cohesive group which will increase productivity and retention.
