The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 20 seeks DISC Assessment Tool credits including the Signature Client Toolbox for the Portland VA Health Care System, with offers due September 11, 2026 at 3:00 PM Mountain Time. The procurement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
Place of performance is Portland, Oregon. The contractor will provide 3,750 learning credits per year at a firm-fixed price to be quoted by the offeror. Credits will be accessed through the Wiley EPIC Account internet site and used to purchase workplace assessments, management and leadership assessments, facilitator guides, and optional additional assessments.
