NIAID seeks a diagnostic laboratory capable of providing consistently accurate results with reasonable turnaround times and requires additional services such as online results and on-site courier delivery. The agency plans to negotiate this contract on a sole-source basis with Antech Diagnostics, Inc. of Irvine, CA, utilizing the statutory authority under 41 U.S.C. 1901(a)(1). Interested vendors may submit capability statements via email to Calvin Robinson by 11:00 AM EST on January 23rd, with the understanding that the government retains sole discretion in determining whether to compete the requirement.
