GSA Federal Acquisition Service is procuring ten Toyota vehicles to support the Department of Homeland Security, with quotations due May 23, 2026 at 8:30 AM EST and questions due May 22, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET. Amendment 001, issued May 21, extended the quotation deadline from May 7 to May 23. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
Place of performance is San Juan, Puerto Rico. The requirement consists of two 2026 Toyota Highlander XLE (Heavy Metal, 4x4), three 2026 Toyota 4Runner (Heritage Blue, 4x4, all-terrain suspension), two 2026 Toyota Tacoma (Oxide Bronze or Underground, 4x4, heavy-duty suspension), and three 2026 Toyota Tundra CrewCab (Celestial Silver, White, or Gray, twin-turbo V6, 4x4). All vehicles must be new (under 500 miles), include backup cameras, ABS/stability control, airbags, power windows and locks, remote keyless entry, and all-weather floor mats, and meet specified GVWR, GCWR, payload, and towing capacity requirements. Delivery to San Juan is required no later than May 31, 2026. Vendors must prove vehicle availability on dealership lots for immediate shipment.
Respondents must submit full quantity bids for entire line items; partial bids are rejected. No more than two awards will be issued. Pricing is FOB Destination, firm-fixed price. Quotations must include SF 18 (all pages), technical and past performance documentation (two to three recent relevant projects), completed price/delivery schedule, specifications acknowledgment, GSA Fleet Systems Account Application, Brand Name or Equal Worksheet if applicable, and manufacturer window stickers. NAICS 336110, PSC 2310. Evaluation weights technical compliance and past performance equally to price. Delivery dates are a significant evaluation factor.
