Potential bidders must submit capability statements, business size status, and responses to specific requirements in PDF or Word format, not exceeding 10 pages.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designations for small businesses or disadvantaged vendors. The contract will have a 6-month base period starting April 16, 2025, followed by a 1-year base period and four additional 12-month option periods, suggesting a potential total contract duration of approximately 3.5 years. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the contract will require personnel with specialized skills including Software Development Engineers, Programmers, and Systems Analysts. Contractors must maintain appropriate security clearances and cybersecurity certifications, with work locations primarily at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and Redstone Arsenal, AL.
