6MAR14: The site visit scheduled for March 12, 2014 is cancelled. The new site visit date will be listed within the future solicitation posting.
Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to establish a design-build indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract (MATOC) based on a general statement of work further defined within each individual task order. The work will consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories to include maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property location at Ft. McCoy, WI. Resultant task orders may be based on Government provided 35%, 65%, or 100% designs or may require the contractor provide a design to build the project. It is anticipated the resultant contract will be a five year contract with no option periods. This will be an unrestricted procurement where the Government will award up to 8 contracts with 5 reserved for small businesses. The NAICS code 236220 will be used for this solicitation with a small business size of $33.5 million. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The Request for Proposal will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about February 28, 2014. Proposals are tentatively due on or about March 28, 2014 at 10:00 AM (see solicitation for verification). A site visit is tentatively scheduled for March 12, 2014 at 10:00 AM (see solicitation for verification). The magnitude of this solicitation is $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 for a total of all five years of the contract.
