The contractor must provide all cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumable items, while the government furnishes the facility, utilities, and central vacuum systems where available. This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to small business concerns. The notice does not identify any current incumbent contractor or historical award value. The contract pertains to ongoing janitorial maintenance services at a single FAA facility, with performance standards defined for multiple service areas that must be maintained at specified minimum frequencies. While specific contract duration and dollar values are not stated in the pre-solicitation notice, interested small businesses should anticipate a service-based contract requiring continuous facility maintenance operations. The Statement of Work document provides detailed performance standards and quality thresholds that will serve as the basis for government surveillance and evaluation of contractor compliance throughout the contract period.
