The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Eustis is soliciting proposals for utility and explosive detection canine services to support security operations at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. This requirement includes needed safety and security countermeasures necessary on an Army post where high-profile events and visitors are commonplace. This requirement also covers installation standard operating procedures as well as availability on an ‘on-call’ basis. The services will be utilized post-wide as well as for joint security measures that might arise off post.
