About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base has issued a Special Notice for an Industry Day focused on Depot Maintenance Software for C-130 FMS operations. The event is scheduled for 21-25 April 2025 and will take place at the Swissotel Clark in the Philippines. The notice targets software publishers and developers with expertise in maintenance planning, scheduling, and tracking solutions. Specifically, the Air Force is seeking software capabilities that can effectively manage work cards, forecast workload planning, and optimize resource availability for inspection program activities. The software is intended to support integrated maintenance scheduling for C-130 aircraft depot operations.

Contractors interested in participating must adhere to specific registration requirements by 28 March 2025, including submitting an email to william.blunk.3@us.af.mil with company details and attendee information. Each company is limited to two personnel, with at least one technical representative strongly recommended. All attendees must provide proof of U.S. citizenship and will be required to submit passport information if a site visit to Clark Air Base is approved. During the Industry Day, each vendor will be allocated 2-3 hours for a presentation and Q&A session, with the government providing a conference room and basic audio/visual equipment. The desired software solution must demonstrate capabilities such as creating work cards, generating real-time integrated schedules, managing supply chain logistics, and providing software updates and training. The government emphasizes that this notice does not commit to purchasing information and no claims can be made against the government as a result of participation.
