About this opportunity
The Army Contracting Command seeks technical inspection, training, and sustainment planning for the Deployable Range Package (DRP) with proposals due September 8, 2026, under a sole-source award to Inveris Training Solutions, Inc. The Government intends noncompetitive award under FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (sole source under simplified acquisition threshold), as Inveris holds exclusive proprietary rights to DRP hardware, software, and technical data through its acquisition chain from the original equipment manufacturer.
Place of performance is Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy (APO AE 09114). The contract requires two certified OEM technicians onsite for five consecutive business days (September 21–25, 2026) to perform in-depth inspection and functionality testing of approximately 45 Stationary Infantry Targets, 5 Stationary Armored Targets, and 10 RZ14/RZ24 control systems over three days, followed by two days of advanced maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and scenario writing instruction for Government personnel. The NAICS code is 811310; PSC is J069.
The contract structure comprises three firm-fixed-price line items: travel and on-site support with actual-cost reimbursement (airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation) up to a Not-to-Exceed ceiling; inspection services; and training services. Payment terms are Net 30 via WAWF. Deliverables include a Quality Control Plan (due within 10 days of award), Contractor Work Plan (within 10 days), Post-Inspection Corrective Action Report (within 10 business days of departure), Training Materials Roster (upon completion), and annual SAM.gov Service Contract Reporting (by October 31 or within 30 days of contract completion). Contractors must be registered in SAM at offer submission. The contract incorporates DFARS clauses including Italian IVA tax exemptions (22%) and antiterrorism/force protection requirements.
