About this opportunity

The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health Resilient Systems Office seeks to procure data variables and analysis services to support the Market Overhaul to Reward Public Health Elevation in the United States program. The data must cover maternal health, heart attack and stroke risk, opioid overdose, and alcohol-related health harms at the zip3 level for one year historically and ongoing monthly updates. Responses will be evaluated based on experience providing the specified patient-level data and calculating 10-year atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk scores. Interested parties must respond by October 13 with technical capabilities.

There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System code is 518210 for computing infrastructure and data processing services. Vendors must provide one year of historical data along with ongoing monthly datasets for each health outcome aggregated into quarterly and six-month periods over four years. The data will feed into a dynamic, near-real time Outcome Toolkit to allow calculation of baseline health outcomes in targeted geographies.

Notice text

The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to gauge industry interest, capabilities, and relevant experience to support Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Resilient Systems Office (RSO). The mission of ARPA-H is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society’s most challenging health problems.

The RSO objective seeks to support the procurement of data for the Market Overhaul to Reward Public Health Elevation in the United States (MORPHEUS) program Outcome Toolkit.

Specifically, ARPA-H is looking for data variables for four different areas: maternal health, heart attack and stroke risk, opioid overdose, and alcohol-related health harms. This will feed into a dynamic, near-real time Outcome Toolkit.  This technology will allow Health Catalysts (MORPHEUS program participants) to calculate the baseline rate of selected health outcomes for a targeted geography. This tool will enable the targeted focus of interventions as well as the ability to evaluate improvements in outcomes in near-real-time.
