About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command is seeking to procure a non-personal services contract to provide a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) expansion to Bradley Barracks at the United States Military Academy at West Point. The key objectives are to resolve poor reception/transmission and quality of service issues within the building by installing and expanding the DAS. Interested small businesses must submit information on their capabilities, previous experience, pricing, and recommendations to improve the acquisition approach. Responses are due by May 22, 2024, and the anticipated NAICS code is 339940 - Office Supplies (except Paper) Manufacturing.

This requirement is anticipated to be set aside for small businesses, including 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned concerns. The government has not indicated any potential incumbents or current contractors. The value of the contract is not specified, but a continuing need for the DAS expansion is anticipated. The contractor will be required to provide a new DAS design, conduct testing and configuration, and comply with various security, safety, and reporting requirements.
