About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs announces its intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Government Marketing & Procurement, LLC for QGenda On Call Physician Scheduling Web-Based Services at Charleston VA Medical Center, with responses due by May 27, 2026. This procurement is restricted to sole-source award under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) because QGenda products are available to federal agencies exclusively through GMP's GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract, and QGenda is the only scheduling system authorized to interoperate with the facility's existing VOCERA communication infrastructure.
The VA will procure physician scheduling software with advanced automation capabilities under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a Firm Fixed Price basis. The contract period runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with four optional years. Total estimated value for the base year and all options combined does not exceed $550,000. Place of performance is Charleston VA Medical Center with remote and cloud access as applicable.
Interested parties must submit a written capability statement by May 27, 2026 demonstrating authorization to provide QGenda products, interoperability capability with VOCERA infrastructure, and capacity to meet VA information security and performance requirements. Responses should include business name, UEI, and socioeconomic status, reference solicitation number 36C24726Q0554 in the subject line, and be emailed to Contracting Officer Darius Crane at darius.crane@va.gov. The anticipated award date is June 16, 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation document exists.
