The Court Services & Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), an independent, executive branch Federal Agency, has a requirement for Mental Health Consulting Services. CSOSA is mandated to provide comprehensive treatment services to persons who have been ordered to undergo such treatment by the courts, either as part of a sentence or pre-sentence, or as a condition of probation or parole. Selected contractors will provide a host of clinical task designed to support the supervision of offenders with mental health treatment needs.


The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor and materials to provide mental health support services. These services shall be provided to the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), in accordance with the requirements specified in the final solicitation documents, on a firm fixed price basis. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is, 621112 with a small business size standard of $10.0 Million Dollars. This procurement is a totally small business set aside. It is anticipated that the solicitation will result in a multiple award contract with a period of performance consisting of a base period plus four one year option periods, subject to the availability of funds.


Once issued, the solicitation will be available electronically with specific information relating to this requirement. Hard (paper) copies of the solicitation will not be available or distributed. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 11, 2010. It is incumbent upon all potential offerors to download or obtain the solicitation and amendments/updates, if any, once the solicitation is issued. Firms or individuals must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order receive a government contract award. To register, please visit the CCR website at: http://www.ccr.gov.
