The batteries are specifically for the Spot robot system already owned by the Army, with delivery expected by July 18, 2025. The procurement will utilize Operations & Maintenance, Army (OMA) funds and is classified under NAICS code 611310 (Colleges, Universities and Professional Schools) and PSC code 6140 (Batteries, Rechargeable).
