About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure a single Crestron PRO3 Controller (NSN 7H-5895-016979361) with delivery FOB Origin. The proposed contract action intends to negotiate with a single source under FAR 6.302-1 authority, though all responsible sources may express interest and capability to respond. Interested parties can obtain necessary specifications and standards through the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) via online ASSIST resources or by contacting their help desk. Potential vendors have 45 days from the publication date (until June 2, 2025) to submit proposals, capability statements, or identify their interest in fulfilling this requirement. The government will evaluate responses and retain sole discretion in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside within the Information Technology and Telecommunications - Network Analog Voice Products category (PSC 7G20). The solicitation does not intend to use FAR Part 12 policies for commercial item acquisition, though vendors may propose commercial alternatives within 15 days of the notice. The quantity requested is one (1) unit, with delivery specified at origin. While specific award value is not disclosed, the notice suggests potential negotiation under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a compressed 30-day response timeline if that pathway is utilized. Vendors interested in this opportunity should carefully review the technical documentation and be prepared to demonstrate their capability to meet the government's precise technical requirements.
