This acquisition is proceeding as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $1,000,000 - $5,000,000
JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Crescent City Marina Access Channel to -15-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material to Whaler Island. All dredged material shall be transported to the Government-furnished upland disposal sites adjacent to the river, and includes disposal site preparation and dredged material management.

All BIDS will be due on/about 13 July 2020/1:00 pm PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as Beta.SAM.gov (www.beta.SAM.gov) once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta.SAM.gov will require prior registration in SAM System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). If you are a first-time Beta.SAM.gov user, you will also be required to register in www.sam.gov before accessing the IFB documents.
