Notice text

USAID/Georgia intends to negotiate a non-competitive, six month extension to contract number 72011418C00001 for the USAID Agriculture Program with Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA). This contract was originally awarded to using full and open competition on September 24, 2018 with an end date of September 23, 2023.
This time and cost extension will enable the contractor to continue delivering specialized and essential services substantially similar to those being performed under the award’s scope of work (SOW). The extension will expand existing activities that seek to strengthen commercial linkages with new and high-value international markets by supporting the export-readiness of Georgian agribusinesses, identifying qualified buyers and generating leads in target markets, and participating in international trade fairs. The extension responds to the current needs of Georgia’s agricultural sector, whose exports, including wine, have been severely impacted by the war in Ukraine.
