Added: Mar 08, 2016 2:06 pm This solicitation is being amended for following reasons:
1) To answer a question that was asked regarding this RFQ and to make public to all potential Offerors, the question and the answer.
2) Extend the response due date to 3/14/2016 by 12:00 PM Eastern.

VENDOR QUESTION:
Is the material to be preblended (Cement, Sand, and additive blended together with only water to be added)?

ANSWER:
The dry components will be pre-blended and have a maximum particle size of 4 mm. The pump shall be able to supply the required amount of water, as determined by the operator, and mix it with the dry components. This means that the pump shall have the ability to control the quantity of water added to the mixture and have the ability to increase or decrease the quantity of water at the beginning of the pumping procedure. Expected mixtures will have a water to cement ratio (by mass) between 0.3 and 0.4 with approximately 55 % to 70 % of the mixture volume being aggregates.
