This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather industry feedback, recommendations, and best practices during the market intelligence phase of the acquisition strategy. Vendors are requested to respond by 1300 EST on June 11, 2025, by emailing Ms. Adriana Carmona Paredes and indicating whether they can meet each specified requirement in Table 1. The evaluation will focus on vendors' ability to provide real-time, detailed information with a specific emphasis on potential military-related legislative impacts.
The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designations for this contract opportunity. The procurement is categorized under NAICS code 513110 (Newspaper Publishers) and PSC code DA10 (IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service). While specific award values or budget ranges are not disclosed in the current documentation, the government is seeking detailed vendor information including business name, cage code, business type, and point of contact. The contract appears to be structured as an annual subscription service, with a focus on providing comprehensive, timely legislative intelligence to support the Department of the Air Force's strategic communications and policy monitoring efforts.
