About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland Engineering District, seeks purchase and delivery of 120 concrete ecology blocks for the Detroit Dam project, with proposals due June 11, 2026. No set-aside applies.
Place of performance is Mill City, Oregon. Blocks must measure approximately 30 inches by 30 inches by 60 inches, weigh approximately 4,320 pounds each, be stackable with interlocking capability if possible, and include an embedded lifting point such as an eye hook or U-bolt. Delivery must be made to a turnout at 40990 Highway 22, Mill City, OR 97360, with acceptance limited to Monday through Thursday between 0700 and 1600 hours, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must include all freight and delivery costs in the total proposed price; USACE personnel are available to offload material upon arrival if needed. The procurement mitigates significant hazards including potential landslides that could affect infrastructure integrity and prevent vehicle access to the facility. NAICS code is 327331, Concrete Block and Brick Manufacturing; PSC code is 5620, Tile, Brick and Block. The projected cost is $24,800 based on project cost estimates and similar previously awarded contracts.
