About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks design-build proposals to replace six concrete diffusers below the downstream sill at the Snell Lock over two winter seasons. The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation within the Department of Transportation is conducting a two-phase evaluation of interested firms' capability proposals and cost/technical proposals to complete this work.
