Only offers lower than the existing lowest-priced offer from the Rock Island District's Concrete and Aggregate BPA master agreement holders will be considered. Contractors must also comply with extensive security requirements, including background checks, E-verify compliance, and identification badge protocols for all personnel. The government reserves the right to exercise additional quantity options up to September 15, 2025, with each option requiring a delivery start date within two weeks of exercise.
