AMENDMENT 0001 - The response due date has extended to 15 August 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time and no other questions relating to this requirement will be responded to. Please read the attached Amendment 0001 and all associated documents carefully.

Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division, Air & Ground Contracting Branch, Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a non- personal, Firm-Fixed Price contract for Communication Security Managerial Support services, in support of the Egyptian Ministry of Defense pursuant to the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA, Case EG-D-OAA), between the United States Department of Defense and the Egyptian Ministry of Defense.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services and the small business size standard is $32.5M.
This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria and will be procured as a 100% service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
The period of performance will be a two (2) year base period with three (3) option years.
All elements of the RFP shall be submitted by the offeror with a proposal no later than the date/time shown in block 9 of the RFP. The RFP will be available in electronic format only. No hard copies will be made available. The official access point to the RFP is via sam.gov website at https://sam.gov.
