About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency published this Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice for a bridge extension modification to the Communications Technical Support Services (CTSS III) contract, extending the ordering period through September 8, 2026. The contract provides comprehensive mission-critical communications support services to U.S. Air Force personnel at bases throughout Southwest Asia, including telephone switch operations, satellite communications, network administration, radio operations, and other technical communication functions typically performed by an Air Force communications squadron. These services support over 10,000 joint military personnel and coalition forces across multiple locations including Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. The justification identifies GDIT as the sole source contractor capable of continuing these critical communications support services without interruption, with the extension serving as a bridge until the new competitive CTSS V contract can be solicited. The contract was awarded on June 23, 2025, under contract number HC102815D0007, though the specific award amount was not disclosed in the available documentation.
