The agency seeks a fully operational, commercial off-the-shelf system with advanced capabilities including vehicle reservation, access control, usage tracking, driver management, maintenance tracking, traffic violation management, and telematics integration. Respondents must complete Attachment 1, which contains a detailed matrix confirming their solution's capabilities across multiple system functionalities.

This is a market research initiative with no immediate contract award, designed to explore potential vendors for a comprehensive fleet management solution. The system must be compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, SQL Server 2016, and Windows Server 2016, and provide help desk support Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM EST with a maximum two-hour response time. No specific set-aside has been designated for this opportunity, indicating it is open to both small and large businesses. The solution must include features such as electronic key storage mechanisms, layered access controls, and automated reporting capabilities. While no specific award value or budget range is mentioned in the documents, the comprehensive nature of the requirements suggests a potentially significant technology investment for managing CSOSA's vehicle fleet.
