About this opportunity
The United States Special Operations Command, through Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), is soliciting quotes for the manufacture and installation of eight commemorative bronze plaques under solicitation number H9225726RE003. This is a firm fixed price supply contract issued as a Request for Proposal with an issue date of February 11, 2026, and a proposal due date of February 16, 2026, at 4:30 PM local time. The government intends to award without discussions based solely on the lowest evaluated price of technically acceptable proposals, with evaluation criteria focusing on technical acceptability on a pass/fail basis, price as the determining factor for lowest cost, and past performance review using FAPIIS data. Offerors must submit their best and final quote in their initial submission, as the government intends to entertain only one final quote from each offeror. The solicitation constitutes the only procurement announcement, and no separate written solicitation will be issued.
This acquisition is set aside 100 percent for women-owned small businesses (WOSB), making it restricted to qualifying small business entities. The solicitation calls for eight commemorative plaques with associated mounting services across designated buildings, with plaque delivery required by April 20, 2026, and mounting services deliverable between February 23, 2026, and February 22, 2027. The place of performance is Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, with delivery to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Offerors must provide complete quotes including company information, CAGE code, UEI, points of contact, and a statement accepting all terms and conditions or identifying any exceptions, with a minimum quote validity period of 30 days. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis, and no partial quotes will be accepted.
