Place of performance is the Atlanta Human and Animal Food Laboratory, 1777 Hardee Avenue SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30310. The firm-fixed-price quotation must include delivery within 30 days of award, on-site installation and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) within two weeks of receipt, operator training for up to four users, a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering parts, labor, and travel, and the base-period Gold Maintenance Plan. The base period runs August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through July 31, 2031. The maintenance agreement includes one annual preventative maintenance visit, two emergency maintenance visits annually (within 48 hours of request), unlimited telephone support, software upgrades, and unlimited SmartLine remote diagnostics. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days and itemize pricing for the base CLIN 0001 and option CLINs 1001–1004. Price reasonableness will be determined through comparison against the Independent Government Cost Estimate, commercial catalog pricing, and GSA pricing. NAICS code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; PSC is 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies.
