About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command is seeking portable toilets and hand washing stations for the Mobility Guardian 2025 exercise in Guam. The contract requires delivery and full operational status of sanitation facilities at two locations: Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport and Andersen Air Force Base. Specifically, vendors must provide 3 portable toilets and 2 hand washing stations at the airport, and 23 portable toilets and 12 hand washing stations at the air force base, with all equipment to be fully operational by Close of Business on 06 July 2025. The solicitation will use a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation method, with potential for multiple contract awards if no single vendor can fulfill the entire requirement. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit their 3-page specification response by 27 May 2025 at 6:00 PM CDT.
The contract is set aside exclusively for small businesses under the NAICS category 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services) with a Product Service Code of W085 for equipment rental. The Period of Performance spans from 6 July to 4 August 2025, with specific requirements for twice-weekly cleaning, refilling, and maintenance of the sanitation facilities. Vendors must coordinate with base technical contacts, obtain necessary entry authorizations, and complete airfield driver training. While no specific contract value was mentioned, the comprehensive requirements suggest a significant logistical undertaking supporting a major military exercise. The contract includes provisions for potential emergency evacuation and equipment remobilization within 48 hours if directed by base leadership, indicating the critical nature of the sanitation support for the Mobility Guardian 2025 event.
