About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice seeks manufacturers for the delivery of men's and women's all-weather coats for the Air Force and Coast Guard. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Clothing and Textiles intends to issue the solicitation on December 10, 2018 as a small business set-aside.
