NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Pro-Vision, 8625-B Byron Commerce Dr, Byron Center, MI 49315, Cage Code 4GR65, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This requirement is to provide Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS)-compliant licenses for one-year SecuraMax cloud storage for seventy (70) Pro-Vision BC-300 Body Cameras located at the Provost Marshal’s Office aboard MCAS Beaufort, SC.

The contract will be for a base period of 12 months from date of contract award with an additional two (2) one-year option periods. The period of performance for the contract will be 1 Sep 2021 through 31 Aug 2024, if all options are exercised.

A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M67001-21-Q-1177) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible business sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
