55 CONS is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and availability of vendors for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Cloud Service Provider (CSP) credits set forth within the attached Statement of Objective (SOO).
Salient Characteristics include:
- The company must be able to provide Cloud Service Provider (CSP) capabilities in regions designated for US Government only use and commercial.
- Those CSPs must have the capability to host Impact Level 6 (IL6) based on the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG).
- The company must be authorized to offer CSP capabilities in those US Government only regions up to IL 4.
- The company must be capable of providing payment services (credits) on behalf of wholly government operated accounts.
