About this opportunity

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Pennsylvania intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC for CCTV expansion and Legacy Bosch Video Management System enhancement, with anticipated award by September 15, 2026.

Work will be performed for the Pennsylvania National Guard. The scope includes adding cameras, upgrading and relocating the main server, and replacing all existing analog cameras to monitor additional designated areas and increase safety and security for EAATS cadre and students. Period of performance is six months, including delivery, installation, and integration of all equipment.

The noncompetitive justification rests on SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC's National Guard Bureau certification for electronic security systems work. Electronic Security System contractors serving the National Guard must complete the Electronic System Security Course at Camp Robinson, Arkansas. SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC holds warranty responsibility, maintenance agreements, software licenses, and programming responsibility for existing electronic systems across the Pennsylvania National Guard under a contractual agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Military and Veteran Affairs.

Award authority is FAR 13.106-1(b). No set-aside applies. The contract action will be solicited and negotiated with only one source.
