About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Space Command is seeking to procure new Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) licensing to update their Voice Over Internet Protocol Suite at Buckley Space Force Base. The procurement is necessitated by current licensing reaching End of Life status and presenting unmitigatable security vulnerabilities. Key contract requirements include delivering 100 UCCX Premium Agent Licenses, 100 Premium Concurrent Agent licenses, and associated supporting licenses and media kits for a base period plus one option year. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and prepared to use the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system for invoicing. The pre-solicitation notice was posted on March 5, 2025, with responses due by March 12, 2025, and license code strings must be delivered within 5 days of order receipt.
The opportunity is not set aside for any specific small business designation and falls under NAICS category 423430 for Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. The contract will be fulfilled through PSC category 7A20 for IT and Telecom Application Development Software Perpetual License Software. While specific award value is not disclosed, the procurement covers licensing for Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, Contact Center Express, and IM & Presence Servers. Installation will be performed directly by ARPC Cyber Transport/Network Administrators, indicating the contractor's role is limited to license provision. Standard commercial warranties will apply, and brand name or equivalent products are acceptable for meeting the technical requirements.
Notice text
New licensing is required in order to update/upgrade ARPCs entire Voice Over Internet Protocol Suite (Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, Contact Center Express, and IM & Presence Servers). Current versions have reached End of Life and have vulnerabilities that cannot be mitigated. Without updated UCCX licensing, ARPC's VOIP environment cannot be updated to maintain proper security standards. Existing licenses would be updated in local data center by on-site Cyber Transport/Network Administrators.
