About this opportunity
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division seeks to replace Cisco network switches at its headquarters with Cisco Catalyst 9300 and 9400 series switches, related hardware, software, and services. Interested parties should respond by May 22 with capabilities statements for the government to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or make a sole source brand name award to Cisco authorized resellers. The statement of work details over 200 part numbers for Cisco equipment ranging from one to hundreds of quantities to support network requirements.
No set-aside is designated for this requirement. As the government seeks only Cisco equipment to meet requirements, responses to the sources sought notice will determine if a competitive procurement is necessary or sole source justification can be made. The NAICS code is 334111 for electronic computer manufacturing and the PSC code covers LAN/WAN switches, and related items. The potential award value is unknown but quantities listed in the statement of work could range from a few thousand to several hundred thousand dollars depending on responses received.
