The response deadline is September 2, 2025, with the notice posted on July 17, 2025.

Interested parties have 15 days from the notice to identify their capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item. The procurement timeline allows for a 45-day response period from the date of publication, with the government retaining sole discretion in determining whether to proceed with competitive procurement based on responses received.
