This pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designation for the contract. The procurement is subject to potential Free Trade Agreements and Buy American Act provisions, which may be detailed in future solicitation documents. While the exact award value is not specified, the quantity is set at 100 units of the circuit card assembly. The contract will be evaluated based on the offeror's ability to meet qualification requirements, product/service specifications, and manufacturer standards. Potential bidders have 15 days to identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item, and the government retains sole discretion in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses received.
