About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure repair and modification services for a circuit card assembly identified by NSN 7H-5998-015064159 (Technical Data Package Version 003). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, though all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond. This procurement is driven by the Government's determination that it does not own the data or rights necessary to purchase or contract repair from additional sources, and that both acquiring such data rights and reverse engineering the part would be economically infeasible. All interested parties are encouraged to submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements to demonstrate their qualifications. The due date for responses is December 19, 2025, and prospective contractors may access relevant Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, and other standardized documents through the DoD Single Stock Point or ASSIST-Online.

This pre-solicitation notice involves no set-aside designations and pertains to electrical and electronic assemblies, boards, cards, and associated hardware (PSC 5998). The Government requires delivery of two units (quantity 2 EA) on an FOB Origin basis, though the specific award value and budget range are not disclosed in this notice. No incumbent contractor or current contractor information is provided in this pre-solicitation announcement. Prospective contractors should note that patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not available through the standard DoD stocking points, and may contact the DoD Single Stock Point ASSIST Help Desk at 215-697-2667 or 215-697-2179 for document acquisition assistance or mail requests directly to the DLA Document Services office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
