About this opportunity

The Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) Employee Engagement and Innovation Committee (EEIC) is seeking information from vendors capable of providing employee engagement, change management, transformational, strategic, and innovative thinking and/or behavioral training services to federal Offices of Inspectors General (OIGs). Through this Request for Information (RFI), CIGIE EEIC aims to build a vendor reference directory to assist OIGs in enhancing their awareness and knowledge of these principles. Interested parties, including small and disadvantaged businesses, are requested to submit responses by January 7, 2025, detailing their relevant training credentials, delivery methods, and experience working with government agencies, particularly oversight organizations. Selected vendors may be invited to present at one of two virtual Vendor Day events on February 27, 2025, and March 6, 2025.

This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or promise of a future contract award. There is no set-aside designation, and the RFI does not identify any potential incumbents or current contractors. The RFI does not provide any information about award values or budget ranges, nor does it specify the quantity of goods or timeline for services. Responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future, potential Request for Quotes (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
