About this opportunity

The National Cancer Institute seeks to continue centralized chemopreventive agent repository and chemistry support services through an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with a period of performance from July 2023 through June 2028. Offerors must submit proposals by February 28, 2023 to provide logistic organization for agent acquisition, tracking, storage, testing, quality control, and distribution to support the Division of Cancer Prevention's research program. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price. The contract value is estimated between $1,000,000 to $49,990,000.

There is no set-aside designation. The NAICS code is 541715 and PSC code is R425. The incumbent contractor is expected to transfer inventory and provide transition assistance. The contractor will maintain storage facilities and procure agents to support an estimated 200 studies annually over the five year base period and one option year, with performance taking place at the contractor's location. The first amendment clarifies budget and transition requirements while the second provides answers to questions from potential offerors.
