About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces (PACAF-A) is seeking to procure non-personal services to provide a Protestant Program Coordinator and a Catholic Program Coordinator to coordinate and provide faith-based ministry programs at Eielson Air Force Base. The coordinators will be responsible for organizing community-wide faith programs, supporting specific ministry needs, developing promotional campaigns, and maintaining records. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed necessary. All questions regarding this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be emailed to the specified points of contact by August 2, 2024, and quotes are due by August 16, 2024 at 12:00 PM Alaska Time.
This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 813110 with a $13 million size standard. There is no incumbent contract, and the contract will have a base year from September 1, 2024 to August 30, 2025, with four one-year option periods. Pricing will be calculated based on a maximum of 25 hours per week per coordinator, though the government does not require or anticipate the full amount will be used. The place of performance is Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska.

Chapel Education Coordinators: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase of a non-personal service to provide a Protestant Program Coordinator and a Catholic Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinators will coordinate and provide faith-based ministry programs in close coordination with the Lead Faith Group Chaplains. Services include providing communitywide faith programs and supporting specific ministry needs that the Eielson Ministry Team and volunteers cannot provide. All programs will be sponsored by the Eielson Chapel with a focus on spiritually based experiences designed to exercise one’s faith in the community. The coordinators will articulate and develop promotional campaigns and activities and maintain records of supplies, materials and attendance (to include volunteers). More qualifications, duties and responsibilities are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statemen (PWS). The bid schedule, contract CLIN schedule, and further details are attached in the official COMBO file.
Pricing will be calculated based on maximum number of hours allowed per the PWS--no greater than 20hrs/week. However this does not indicate the government requires nor anticipates the full amount will be used. Please see the PWS for information on work schedule and minimum requirments.
