The exercise will be conducted at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center in Ravenna, Ohio, from July 21-23, 2026. Eligible offerors must maintain current National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP 800-171 assessment scores (not more than three years old) and current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) status posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) at the time of proposal submission; failure to meet these cybersecurity requirements will result in non-compliance and ineligibility for award. The formal solicitation is expected to be issued on or around April 8, 2026, with a pre-solicitation notice deadline of April 3, 2026. No specific evaluation criteria or question submission deadlines are detailed in this pre-solicitation notice.

This opportunity is designated as a competitive 8(a) set-aside, meaning only firms certified as 8(a) participants by the Small Business Administration are eligible to submit proposals; proposals from non-certified 8(a) participants will not be considered for award. The contract will be awarded on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis as a single award to one contractor. No incumbent contractor, award value, or specific budget range is identified in the pre-solicitation notice. The performance period is limited to three days (July 21-23, 2026), indicating this is a short-duration training support engagement. Interested 8(a) certified firms should monitor for the full solicitation release anticipated in early April 2026 to access the detailed Performance Work Statement and submission requirements.
