About this opportunity

Summary of the Pre-solicitation Notice:

The National Cancer Institute (NCI)'s Center for Cancer Research Office (CCR) of the Clinical Director's Office of Healthcare Delivery and Equity Research (HDE) plans to procure, on a sole source basis, the Cancer InFocus (CIF) online data and visualization tool from the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center (UKMCC). The purpose is to enable the HDE to describe the CCR's catchment area - the geographic area from which CCR draws its patients - in order to inform initiatives to enhance patient access and participation in CCR's clinical trials. This will be procured using simplified acquisition procedures, with only one award anticipated. While this is not a request for competitive quotation, interested parties may submit capability statements by the June 24, 2024 deadline for consideration.

This requirement is not set aside for any particular business size. There is currently one identified incumbent, UKMCC, who will be awarded the contract on a sole source basis. No specific award value or budget range is provided, but payments will be made quarterly during the initial 12-month period of performance. The government has attached a Statement of Work detailing the contractor requirements, deliverables, and timeline for this effort.

The National Cancer Institute (NCI)’s Center for Cancer Research Office (CCR) of the Clinical Director’s Office of Healthcare Delivery and Equity Research (HDE) plans to procure on a sole source basis, Cancer InFocus (CIF), an online data and visualization tool from the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center (UKMCC), 800 Rose Street, H166 Chandler Hospital University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY 40536.
