The NAICS code for this project is 115310. The small business size standard is no greater than $19 Million in average annual receipts. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both Small Business status and the size standard will be considered. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the Small Business program. Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov).

The Forest Service, Central California Acquisition Service Area (CCASA), has a requirement to contract Reforestation services through Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Contract for the Plumas, Tahoe, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, Eldorado, Stanislaus, and Inyo National Forests. Services intended for award are planting using various methods for both container and bare root seedlings and both manual and chemical release.


The Contractor shall furnish all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government.


Work shall be performed in a systematic, orderly manner to insure complete coverage of the entire work area.

LOCATION: Central CA- Plumas National Forest, Tahoe National Forest, Inyo National Forest, Eldorado National Forest, Stanislaus National Forest, and the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit.


Offers are due by March 24th, 2017 at 3:00 pm.


The purpose of this notice is to meet the FAR 5.201


It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendments.
