This Special Notice from the Mission and Installation Contracting Command of the Department of the Army Materiel Command intends to award a sole source contract to Indtai, Inc. for Career Skills Program Installation Administrator support services in support of the Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program.
The Special Notice provides details for a firm fixed price contract to Indtai, Inc. from January 28 to April 3, 2021 with an option period from April 4 to July 3, 2021 to provide program planning, administrative support, and reporting services across continental U.S. Army locations. Responses must demonstrate that competition would be advantageous and are due by December 10, 2020. If no response is received, the award will be made solely to Indtai, Inc. without further notice. Only woman-owned small businesses are eligible to respond by the deadline in order to be considered for this sole source contract award.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox, Kentucky intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.506, Women-Owned Small Business Program Sole Source Awards, to Indtai, Inc., Vienna, VA, for Career Skills Program Installation Administrator Support Services (Part of Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program) to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command with a period of performance of 28 January 2021 – 3 April 2021 and one option period of 4 April 2021 – 3 July 2021.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS AND A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
RESPONSES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 10 December 2020 by 8:00 AM EST to James D. Gnagie via email: james.d.gnagie.civ@mail.mil. Responses received after the deadline will not be acknowledged.
