The facility, spanning approximately 25,126 square feet, will be repurposed for warm storage in bay areas and serve as a temporary satellite work location during exercise operations. The contract is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, indicating that only small businesses are eligible to compete for this opportunity. While specific award values are not detailed in the pre-solicitation notice, the comprehensive renovation scope suggests a significant project investment. The project focuses on modernizing and improving a critical military facility infrastructure, with specific emphasis on mechanical systems, roofing, and utility upgrades.
