Wireless service requires approval through the Directorate of Public Works, Army Spectrum Management Office, and Network Enterprise Center, including DD Form 1494 and technical documentation covering interference analysis, cybersecurity plans, and Risk Management Framework accreditation. All contractor personnel must meet DoD 8570.01-M cybersecurity training and certification requirements and pass background checks. Respondents must cite contract numbers, dollar values, and descriptions of previous or current work that demonstrate capability to meet the attached specifications, along with point-of-contact information.
