About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks Standard Form 330 qualification packages from architecture and engineering firms for the design and construction period services for the renovation of specialty clinics and an infusion center located at the Nashville Campus of the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System. The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin will evaluate submissions based on professional qualifications, specialized experience, capacity, past performance, and knowledge of the locality, with the goal of awarding a firm-fixed price design contract with a period of performance of 269 calendar days. Firms must submit their qualification packages by April 13, 2023.

The project is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The scope of work involves renovating approximately 19,000 square feet of existing space and expanding by up to 3,000 additional square feet. Shortlisted firms will then provide written responses regarding their experience on similar past projects, including challenges faced, space planning, construction period services, cost control methods, and approaches to quality control.
