The contractor shall install the press at Building A-47 SRF-JRMC in Yokosuka, Japan, perform foundation and utility connections, provide training for five operators over five consecutive eight-hour days in Japanese language, submit bilingual technical documentation in English and Japanese, develop an Acceptance Test Plan and Plan of Action and Milestones using Microsoft Project, and complete quality assurance inspections at origin and final acceptance testing at destination.
