THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE TO IDENTIFY INTERESTED CONTRACTORS TO DETERMINE THE SET-ASIDE: This project is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to replace the bulkhead at U.S. Coast Guard Base Miami Beach, FL. The work includes but not limited to the following: site concrete demolition and disposal, new site work, underwater survey, removal and dispose of debris removal, transportation and transfer of live coral, underwater survey and debris removal, minor excavation of fill behind existing pile cap, removal and installation, of existing cleats, design bulkhead termination and tie-in to existing wall, design and installation of new soil anchors, load tests, concrete fill, concrete pile caps, re-striping new pavement and painting of curbs, and replacement of light poles. All work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work. The performance period will be 220 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
